Want to Build A Revolutionary Student Movement?

Saturday, August 16th
12pm PT/3pm ET
Via Zoom (Register Below)

Students and Youth L.I.T. is a growing collective of student and youth organizers who are active in the student movement. L.I.T. was created in response to New Afrikan political prisoner Shaka Shakur’s call for a radical, centralized student congress. We seek to create a vehicle for unity and coordination of the student movement throughout the U.S. Empire. This nationwide call is the first step in establishing the infrastructure that is necessary to effectively organize a capable, sustainable, student opposition.

As such, we would like to provide space for debate that creates principled unity. As Shaka Shakur writes in the above, “Ideological struggle is both necessary and beneficial to the organizing of such a mass movement. We should be having discussions and debates around questions of Domestic Genocide & Neocolonialism, National Liberation Struggles, the Commonality and Intersectionality of various forms of oppression on an international level, Self-Policing, and Community Empowerment, Patriarchy and Homophobia, Violence in Communities of color, etc.”.

Join us on Saturday, August 16th at 12pm PT/3pm ET
